ClaimVantage values its customer partnerships and one important facet of our commitment to world class customer service is to host biennial focus group meetings for all customers across multiple geographies. The agenda will focus on demonstrating new features and functionality from the ClaimVantage team as well as providing attendees with an update on the company’s strategic plans, Salesforce will be in attendance to provide an update on the Salesforce platform, and Ian Bridgman from the Claimlab will present on the opportunities presented by claim analytics.
