New technologies will forever disrupt the way the insurance industry conducts its operations

Johannesburg, South Africa – April 23rd, 2019 – ClaimVantage, a leading international provider of life claim management software solutions, will present at the Insurance Technologies Conference being held at the Emperors Palace Convention Centre in Johannesburg, on April 25th & 26th 2019.

Insurance Technologies Conference

John Murphy, ClaimVantage Business Development Manager for Africa, is a well-established speaker at industry events discussing the latest global InsurTech trends for life insurers. Using real-life examples, this session promises to provide attendees with an insight into how these technologies are moving into the life insurance space, which is typically 3 to 5 years slower than general insurance to adopt advanced technologies, disrupting the traditional insurance model.

With new technology providing insurers with more opportunities to improve the customer experience, increase operational efficiency, and to provide incentives to reduce risk and therefore, policy fees, this conference provides a range of sessions to discuss how technology is shaping the insurance industry of the future.

John’s presentation, “Investing in New Technology and Upgrading Legacy Infrastructure”, will take place on April 25th at 11am.
