In FMLA Updates

Effective from August 1st, 2015 all employers in the state of North Dakota will be required to provide all female employees with reasonable accommodations for pregnancy or related conditions, including leave.

There is no maximum duration for this leave, and the leave may be taken intermittently, continuously, or on a reduced schedule. An employer is not required to provide this accommodation if it can provide proof that doing so would cause an undue hardship.
