Employee and Manager Insights
Front-line managers are often responsible for managing employee absence. With 15% of employers stating that relying on managers for leave enforcement is extremely challenging, in a recent DMEC Leave Management Survey, we conducted proprietary research to investigate further.
Our research identified a significant Knowledge Gap in the levels of understanding of FMLA and PFL, for both managers and employees. This report summarizes the research findings providing useful insights for anyone responsible for employee absence management.
