At ClaimVantage, Bev uses her in-depth knowledge of operations, customer service and planning to help deliver efficient, accurate, and productive automated claims processing solutions to insurance carriers, TPAs, and self-insured firms. With an expertise in Individual Life, Annuities, Group Life, and Disability, she understands first-hand the complete claims cycle and strives to further enhance business line features to improve claims processing and decision outcomes.
Previously, Bev managed the Life Insurance process across Individual and Group lines of business for billing, administration, underwriting, claims, compliance, and customer service at UNUM Insurance Company. She holds the CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter), FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute program run by LOMA, Life Office Management Association), and ACS (Associate Customer Service) designations. In 1995, she achieved the highly coveted Lighthouse Award for Excellence in Leadership from UNUM.
Bev completed the Massachusetts Institute of Technology—Executive Program in Corporate Strategy and is a graduate of the University of New England (formerly Westbrook College).
