Launched FMLA Updates
To support the launch of AbsenceDirect we also launched FMLA Updates, our own in-house forum for informing Employers, TPA’s and Claims administrators about recent or upcoming changes to Federal and State regulations.
Hosted our Second User Group Meeting
In March 2014 we hosted our second User Group meeting in Bonita Springs, Florida. It was great to get our customers together to discuss the product roadmap, and share recent product updates, such as payment consolidation. Our third User Group meeting shall take place in Portland, Maine in September 2015.
Expanded our Customer Focus Groups
Along with hosting regular meetings, we aim to provide continued support to our customers through monthly User Focus Groups. This year we expanded the Focus Group to include all of our customers. These Focus groups revolve around discussions of specific topics to deal with issues relating to software functionality. This year the group reviewed the Organization Setup, Claim Intake and Case Management functionality, which resulted in usability improvements. In the New Year we will establish a second Focus Group to focus on our absence management software, AbsenceDirect.
Launched a Webinar Series
2014 saw us launch our first series of webinars. We successfully hosted 3 webinars globally this year:
