ClaimVantage’s Commitment to Privacy

ClaimVantage Corporation Limited and its affiliates and subsidiaries (hereafter referred to as “ClaimVantage” or “we”) provide business-to-business products and services.  We do not provide products and services to “consumers”, meaning individuals seeking products and services for personal, household or family uses.

For business customers seeking products and services, we provide this explanation about our online information practices (the “Policy”) as a demonstration of our commitment to protect your privacy.

We may share your personally-identifying information with marketing and lead-generation services used in conjunction with the ClaimVantage website (the “Website”) but we will not sell or rent personally-identifying information collected during your use of the Website unless we seek your permission first.

We may transfer your personal information to our affiliated entities, operating subsidiaries and partners operating around the world who will use the information in order to provide you products and services. These transfers may, for example, involve transfers from countries within the European Union (“EU”) and European Economic Area (“EEA”) to countries outside the EU and EEA. By submitting personal information, you are providing consent to these transfers, including cross-border transmission of data covered by this Policy. You will always have the option of not permitting the transfer by not using the particular services or not participating in the promotion for which the information is collected or shared.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when such action is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding or court order, or when otherwise required by law. If you partake, or we reasonably suspect you of partaking in any illegal activity, we may also disclose that activity and information to authorities.

The Information We Collect

At the time you access or register on the Website (including any page enabled for a mobile device), we may collect and store your name, address, email and other personally-identifying information. In addition, you may provide personal information by completing an order form, responding to a survey, or submitting information when you interact with us, such as when you ask for customer service or technical assistance.

We need this information to provide goods and services that you request and to let you know of additional goods and services about which you might be interested. We also use this information to customize your experience using the Website.

We may ask you for personally-identifying information at other times, such as if you enter into a promotion, communicate with us, complete a survey or comment on our blog. If you opt-in to receive information regarding a promotion, you give us your permission to share your name and e-mail address with the third party offering the promotion.

In addition, we automatically gather general statistical information about the Website and visitors, such as IP addresses, browsers, pages viewed, number of visitors, goods and services purchased, etc., but in doing so we do not reference you by individual name, e-mail address, business address, or telephone number. We use this data in the aggregate to determine how much our customers use parts of the Website so we can improve the Website. We may provide this statistical information to third parties such as Google Analytics, but when we do so we do not provide personally-identifying information without your permission. We may match user information we collect with offline data available from other sources in order to carry out our services and conduct target advertising and promotions more effectively.
