ClaimVantage has doubled its global workforce over the past 12 months, with 10 new hires in Dublin and 13 hires in Portland, Maine

Dublin, Ireland, December 20th, 2017 – ClaimVantage, an international technology provider of claim management software to insurance carriers today announced that it has doubled its workforce this year. With 10 new hires in Dublin and 13 new hires in Portland, Maine in 2017, ClaimVantage continues to expand its workforce to support its global expansion.

To support this scaling business, a new Chief Operations Officer (COO), Tony Hewitt, has been appointed and a number of key hires have been made; Frances Smyth, an experienced scrum master, Ryan Walsh, a Finance Manager, Mark Irvine, a QA manager, and Karen Dow, an Implementation Manager, have all joined the team.

“We have made a number of key hires this year to introduce more stringent processes that will allow us to scale, while continuing to invest in our software to maintain our best-in-class claim management systems.” says ClaimVantage CEO, Leo Corcoran, “We continue to leverage the Force.com platform, to build out the “Claim Cloud” which seamlessly integrates with Salesforce Service Cloud and Einstein services to deliver an exceptional claims experience.”

After securing additional funding this year, a ring-fenced R&D team has been established to further innovate the claim management software, leveraging the underlying Salesforce architecture. The focus for 2018 is to improve the user experience using the Lightning interface and to incorporate Einstein analytics and artificial intelligence capabilities into the claims process. 

To support planned growth in 2018, ClaimVantage has plans to hire an additional 20 employees; to include software developers, and business analysts.
