With three new Australian customers in the past twelve months, ClaimVantage calls first APAC User Group Meeting in Melbourne
Portland, ME, October 31st, 2016 – ClaimVantage, an international provider of Life and Health claims processing software solutions, proudly invited all of their customers in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region to attend the first ever User Group Meeting set outside of the United States. The team hosted the event at the RACV Club on Bourke Street in the heart of Melbourne’s bustling business district.
ClaimVantage has welcomed three new customers across Sydney and Melbourne over the past year, including a superannuation fund and a large international insurer, making this the ideal time to host a localized meeting. “We were delighted that we could offer a localized meeting to our Australian customers,” says ClaimVantage CEO, Leo Corcoran. “I firmly believe in meeting with clients in-person on a regular basis to build and develop trustworthy relationships that go beyond our business arrangements.”
During the one-day event, the ClaimVantage team shared details about where ClaimVantage is headed, and provided a snapshot of new cutting-edge features being added to the claim management solutions, including new functionality and enhanced documentation.
Guest speaker, Paul Starmans from Salesforce, the leading CRM platform that hosts the ClaimVantage claims management solution, spoke to the group during the event. The Principal Solutions Engineer at Salesforce in Australia, Paul discussed with customers, “What is new at Salesforce?”, including Salesforce Einstein and Shield Encryption.
In the afternoon the group had the chance to see recent updates to the solution, including a demonstration of the Claims Self-Service functionality and ODG medical guidelines. All customers had representatives present to engage in a closing round-table discussion, wherein customers collaborated to raise issues and have their voices heard. The event provided an extensive networking opportunity for customers to share their experiences and brainstorm ways to enhance the ClaimVantage Solution for the APAC market moving into the future.
ClaimVantage will host their fourth User Group Meeting in the US next year, with dates to be announced shortly.
