Over 40 representatives arrive in town this week to join the ClaimVantage team for the two-day event
Portland, Maine, September 13th, 2017 – ClaimVantage, a leading international technology provider of claim management software, welcomes over 40 customers to the home of ClaimVantage in North America for their 4th User Group Meeting. The event is being held at the Courtyard Marriott in downtown Portland, on September 13th and 14th.
“We’re delighted to see such a great turnout for the event; despite the setback posed by hurricane Irma, the majority of our customers are being represented throughout the event,” says Leo Corcoran, ClaimVantage CEO. “We’ve got some great industry speakers in town, and we’ll be unveiling some exciting new product enhancements.”
The last User Group Meeting was held two years, and a lot has changed for this growing international company. Not only has the employee count tripled over the past two years, but there has been a redesign of the organizational structure to accommodate notable international growth.
Significant investment has been made in the Research and Development (R&D) team to ensure the ClaimVantage software solutions are at the forefront of the industry. Over the past two years, many new features and functionality were added to both the ClaimFirst and AbsenceDirect Solutions. The following features will be demonstrated during the conference:
- A Work Accommodations module added to AbsenceDirect to improve the documentation of the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) reasonable accommodation interactive process.
- Paid Family Leave (PFL) added to AbsenceDirect to allow employers to seamlessly integrate with their payroll system.
- Self-service workflows developed to allow users to create new workflows addressing Tasks, letters, emails, SMS messages, and Work Processes.
These are just a few of the new features that have been implemented over the past twelve months.
