With three new Australian customers in twelve months, ClaimVantage is helping Australian insurers to improve the future of their claims management
Portland, ME, October 19th, 2016 – ClaimVantage, an international provider of Life and Health claims processing software solutions, will be exhibiting at the ALUCA conference this week. The conference takes place in the Hilton hotel, Adelaide from October 20th through October 22nd.
The theme for this year’s conference is “2020 vision – Is it Good Enough?”. The insurance industry is constantly changing and looking to the future is critical. One of the key issues crippling claims operations today is the lingering presence of legacy software solutions. These systems are usually built in-house and require an internal IT team to maintain and update the system. As the insurance industry continues to evolve it is critical to consider the effect this has on claim processing efficiency.
Mobile applications, fraud detection and claims analysis are all becoming more critical to claims operations. To be able to support these technological features, an internal IT team would need a lot of resources to build these types of solutions into the core claims system, while maintaining the existing system. Looking to an external vendor that specialises in technological solutions is a more viable option. This can ensure insurers stay up to date with the ever-changing technology.
Cloud-based SaaS software systems are flexible solutions that are continually updated, rather than remaining unchanged from when they are first installed. This helps insurers ensure their claims operations run as efficiently as possible at all times, using the latest in claims technology.
ClaimVantage has closed an impressive three deals in the Australian market over the past twelve months, with the first project going live at the end of this month. These customers include a superannuation fund and a large international insurance carrier. Following ALUCA, ClaimVantage will gather these customers for their first Australian based Customer User Group Meeting in the RACV Club in Melbourne.
